seo Top 4 Lies Internet Marketers Want You To Believe 2013

Seo Master present to you:
online marketing
Internet marketing is a big game with a ton of ways to make money. Offering recurring streams of income very month off of Clickbank products, Sharasale leads and other affiliate products is just one of the ways that so many "gurus" get newbies under their thumb. The fact of the matter is that Internet marketing is not very hard. It's just a lot of work.

Constantly coming up with new content, joining new affiliate programs and getting ahead of the curve on product launches are essential to being successful. These are the truths. It's not easy, but it's also not hard when it's your passion. I love talking about Internet marketing, affiliate marketing, SEO, link building and backlink strategies so I am never at a loss for article ideas.

This also gives the me the ability to withstand the constant amount of research that needs to be done. But when it all comes down to it, the SEO software world can be very deceiving. Here are the top 5 lies that Internet marketers want you to believe.

1. You'll Make A Million Overnight With Internet Marketing

Okay, so we've all heard these claims. Buy this new software tool or buy into my ebook and you'll make a ton of cash overnight. I don't know about you, but I have not made a million yet and I don't plan on it in the near future, let alone over night.
rank builder neo
There is a way that you can make a million overnight, but it's not going to happen. Maybe if you find a keyword with no competition and 20 million searches per day, you might be able to make a million with PPC, but that's not going to happen. I have made 500 in one week after buying a software package though.

The first week that I ran SENuke on my first tier Squidoo pages and then ran the SENuke backlinks through my GSA SEO Indexer I had a huge surge in traffic to one of my free hosting Wordpress sites. I still make a pretty penny off of that site every month, but it's nowhere near a million. The fact of the matter is that making money online takes time.

If you write on your blog at least 3 times a week, build a healthy 1st tier of 6-7 Web 2.0 properties, nuke the 1st tier and index them with the GSA SEO Indexer, you can start making money in about 3 weeks. It is a fact that your blog posts and 1st tier sites will show up high in the search engines for your keywords within this time frame.

2. My Software Package Will Put You On The First Page Of Google

I won't exactly call this a lie, I'll call this a half truth. There are a ton of software packages out there that will juice your website up to the first page of Google. SENuke, No Hands SEO, Rank Builder NEO, and PageOne Curator are among these.

pageone curator review
HOWEVER, you need fresh, original content. You can't queue up PageOne Curator and import the latest RSS feed into your site. It doesn't work like that you. I have to expand on the stories, you have to write your own content and you have to put the right infrastructure in place to even get your blog posts indexed, let alone on the first page of the Google.

I talk about the SEO software that I use all the time, but that doesn't mean that I'm not writing content to help people. Never rely on a software tool to get you where you want to be. Write content that people are not only going to read, but link to.

Getting organic backlinks to your website is even more important that creating them yourself and nobody is going to link to rehashed content or content that can be found on a billion other websites. Create original content on your money site, original content on your 1st tier and then blast away.

3. Trust Me, I'm An Expert

This one is my favorite. Come on, bro, buy my new product! I'm an expert! I'm going to tell you something that nobody else will. Most Internet marketing specialists are full of crap. I am by no means an expert.

I know enough to make money online, but I don't know where the Internet marketing industry is going in the next 5 years. My guess would be mobile content and more of a market share in Bing, but I don't know. I bet those same experts were telling people that they had the answers back before Panda, only to ruin their customer's hard work.

So, who can you trust? You can find out who the biggest players are in the IM game by doing a fast Google search. John Chow, Debra Carney and Oliver Roup have all made waves over the last couple of years. Lee Oden is another player, but he's more into social media.

So with all of the real experts out there, you should not trust anybody that is one their first product. Do the research and don't take any risks. Focus on quality 1st tier links and you'll minimize the risks.

4. The Key To Getting Traffic Is Social Media

For the most part, this is a complete lie. Here are a few reasons why. Nobody uses social media as a search engine. The only exception to this is YouTube. How many people do you know that use Facebook to find the best way to get stains out of a carpet? Social media is important for getting high PR backlinks to your website, but it's not the end all. I get tired of hearing people talk about social media as the silver bullet to search engine traffic. It just doesn't work like that.

PinRanker Traffic and Marketing SuiteNow, social media is important, but it should not take up your entire day. I have heard marketers say that they spend more time on backlinking to social media sites than creating content.

This is a ridiculous way to spend the day and it's unproductive. There are tons of software packages that will automate your social media campaigns. Read my Using Dlvr.it For Massive Link Juice article to learn how to automate your Twitter, Linkedin and Facebook posts.

For other social media automation, using tools like Twittenator, PinRanker and Bookmarking Demon can easily cut your social media endeavors down to just a few clicks. Automatically push all of the content, pictures and even video from your blog posts, tiered websites and Web 2.0 backlink sites to all of the major social media titans with these three tools.

I use every one of them, but PinRanker is my favorite and gives me a ton of traffic. Pintrest is hot right now, but social bookmarking and Twitter are both still running strong. 2013, By: Seo Master

seo 5 Internet Marketing Tips For Getting Massive Readership 2013

Seo Master present to you:
Internet marketing tips are usually very generic. When I first started out with Internet marketing I read thousands of articles with almost all of them giving conflicting advice. So when I finally go through all of the bad advice, good advice and technical jargon, I started to see what was actually working and what was not.

One of the best things about Internet marketing is the fact that there are an infinite amount of niches that you can choose from. But not every method is going to work for every niche. Here are 5 Internet marketing tips that will work for every niche.

1. Attach NoFollows To Affiliate Links

Whether you're using Clickbank, Shareasale, Amazon or Ebay attach a nofollow attribute to your affiliate links. If you're like me, you probably have at least 5-6 advertisements on your blog posts or website pages at a time. This can be confusing to the Googlebots when they come to your site. When you attach a nofollow attribute to your links you will tell the bots that you're not trying to rank the linked websites.

When you have dofollows attached to your links the bots are going to see affiliate links the same way they see any internal backlinks that you put on the page. If you don't have a nofollow tag the bots will also leave your site. Put these tags on any links that will be leaving your website to keep the bots indexing your posts.

Here is an example of a link and how to apply the nofollow tag:
“<a href=”/youraffiliatelink.com” rel=”nofollow”>anchortext</a>

2. Use Automation Software Carefully

Submission software can be great tools, but they can also be the reason that your site not ranking properly. I use SENuke XCR, Rankbuilder NEO and No Hands SEO every day, but I know how to use them. There are a ton of marketers that get these software programs and blast away at their money sites.

If you use SEO software, make sure that you actually know how to use them. Building links too fast can get you penalized by the search engines. If you use this software too quickly, you can even get your website banned. Yes, these tools can help get you ranked, but they can also ruin weeks or even years of work.

If you're going to use these tools, make sure that you are using original content and that you're using them on your tiered backlink sites.

3. Use Article Marketing On Web 2.0 Sites

Web 2.0 sites like Hubpages, Squidoo, Blogger, Yahoo Voices and Wordpress are some of the best platforms for building backlinks. There are a lot of Internet marketers that will tell you article marketing is dead. This is simply not true. How can content be king, but article marketing is dead? That doesn't make any sense.

Article directories such as Ezines are dead, but Web 2.0 sites are thriving. One of the best ways to get readership is to do a search for your title in the “Search” bar of sites like Hubpages and Squidoo. You want the title to be completely original. On Squidoo, you will get a “Congratulations! Build A Lens On This Topic” message when your title is completely original. Don't use rehashed titles for your lens or Hubpage articles.

4. Build Tiered Backlinks

Back in the mid 2000s, link wheels were king. Now that Google and Bing have discovered ways to track link wheels, tiered backlink structures are the new way to go. You can still do massive link wheels that are impossible to track by the search engines, but they take a lot of time to create.

Tiered backlinks basically mean that you have 5-10 websites pointing back to your money site. These are your 1st tier sites. Then you have 15-20 links pointing back to your 1st tier for a 2nd tier. And so on and so on.

Once you have these tiers in place you will start to see your website climbing in the ranks very quickly. The key is to have original and readable content. The Best Spinner is great for spinning original content and putting it up on tiered backlink sites.

5. Don't Focus Too Much On Social Media

I know this goes against everything that you have heard, but in my humble opinion, social media is not as important as organic search results. Sure, somebody might see your Twitter post and go check out your new blog post, but isn't more likely that they would click on the first page of the Google SERPs if your site was there?

Social media is important, but it's not the end-all to Internet marketing. Focus more on creating great content. If you have great content, somebody is going to link to it, thus doing your social media for you.

seo Using Dlvr.it For Massive Link Juice 2013

Seo Master present to you: If you're a fairly regular reader to the blog you know that I'm a big fan of dlvr.it. While it used to be one of the best tools on the market for getting your blog posts sent to Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin and Delicious, the tides have turned.

Back in the day it used to literally be a one stop shop for social networking. You can have all of your blog posts sent to the top 3 social networking websites, the biggest social bookmarking website and the biggest microblogging website on the planet.

Now they only allow you to have 3 connections. Even though it kind of sucks that they got rid of Delicious, you can still get massive link juice to your website using this free service by backlinking your automated Tumblr blog. Here's how:

1. Sign Up For Dlvr.it

Signing up for dlvr.it is very easy. One of the best things about this service is the fact that you can have multiple accounts and they aren't picky about banning your IP. Some places like Reddit and StumbleUpon can be lame about letting you have multiple accounts.

Go and sign up for an account if you don't already have one. Once you get your account you will need your website or blog RSS feed. You can find this on a ton of websites so I won't even waste your time. Use Feedburner if you really can't figure it out. Feedburner will track all of your subscriptions and give you analytics for your posts.

2. Get Your Tumblr URLs

When you post to your blog the post will automatically be sent to your Tumblr account. This is great because Tumblr has a PR of 8 and it already gives you link juice back to your site. Another cool thing about this is that Tumblr has integrated a few things to make backlinking much easier for you. If you go to the bottom of your posts you will see buttons to add your Tumblr links to Newsvine, Chimedin and a few other social networking sites.

Sign up for as many as you can. This is going to give you a lot of traffic and will automatically backlink your posts for second tier backlinks. Once you have backlinked all of your posts, it's time to grab the Tumblr links.

Click on each post and paste the URLs into a notepad file. You can also speed up the process by using the WonderWare SiteMap Generator. This is a free tool that has made a huge difference in my SEO efforts. Download it and you can thank me later.

3. Load Up Your Favorite Submitter

My favorite submitter is SENuke XCR, but you use anything that you like. NoHands SEO, Magic Submitter, and RankBuilder NEO work just as well (the linkwheel function in RankBuilder NEO is awesome for this).

Load your Tumblr URLs into the submitter. I like to use SENuke XCR for this. Typically I will do my own template, but you can use The Fully Monty or the All For One campaign templates and get excellent results. I don't use these very often only because I like to put my own hand spun articles into the content sections. The Best Spinner and Magic Article Rewriter are by far the best spinning tools on the market.

Now that you have your submitter loaded with your Tumblr URLs you can start blasting. It doesn't matter what submitter you use, but make sure that you have some great proxies or a VPN service so you aren't backlinking from your own IP. This will look spammy.

4. Indexing And Pinging

There are two options to go with here. You can either ping, ping, ping or you can index or you can do both for good measure. I talked to a marketer about a week ago that said he liked to ping as much as possible instead of indexing because it allowed the SEs to find the links on their own. This is sort of a drip feed for building links instead of all the links being indexed on the same day.

The other school of thought is that these are going to be third teir links so it doesn't really matter if they are indexed on the same day. Xrumer, ScrapeBox or even SENuke blasts work well to get these indexed quickly, but I like to use GSA SEO Indexer. This is a great product that submits all of your links to statistics and analytics websites all for 20 bucks. While the links won't be visible to users, they are highly crawled by the search engines.

Once you have done this, you can even blast away at those Newsvine, Chimedin and Delicous links. I like to do these separate so it doesn't look as spammy. I will usually switch up the submitter so these backlinks aren't showing up on the exact same sites as the SENuke blasts. And within a few hours you have a very reliable, very nice link pyramid of 3 tiers.

seo 5 SEO Essentials To Getting Your Website Ranked 2013

Seo Master present to you:
The thing that you have to remember is that more is better with a blog. I try to post articles that are at least 500-600 words. My link building secrets article is almost 2,000 words, making it one of the best pieces of content on this site. Write for people, not search terms.

People try to make SEO out to be some complicated thing that only geniuses can understand. Fortunately for us Internet marketers, it's really not all that complicated. When you take away web design, HTML, C++, Wordpress installation and all of that technical stuff, there isn't much to know about SEO except for what Google, Yahoo, Bing MSN and the other search engines love.

So called SEO gurus will try to tell you that the smallest thing on your website is the difference between page 1 and page 100, but that's not the truth at all.

People forget that the Internet is here for people, not SE crawlers, and when you appeal to people you are fulfilling what the spiders want to see on your site. Here are 5 SEO essential to getting your website ranked and to keep it ranked.

1. Constantly Update Content

Content is king, right? So why are there still bloggers out there that think it's okay to update their content once a week? That's ridiculous. If you're going to have a website, you need to treat it like a job. I like to write for my blogs at least once a day if not more.

People want you to give out great information and it's hard to do that in less than 300 words. Google and the other search engines like websites that have longer, unique and more helpful content on their sites. So if you're trying to rank, write a blog article 3-4 times per week and make sure it's over 500 words.

And another thing, if you're going to use scraped content, get The Best Spinner. You can use SpinnerChief, but I think that TBS has a better interface and is more reliable. Whatever you do, get a spinner. Unique content doesn't mean 30%. You want it to be 95-100% and you can't do that with scraped content unless you have a great spinner.

2. Internal Linking

Internal linking is one of the best ways to not only get all of your blog posts indexed, it's great for your readers. When you use internal links, Google and the other SEs will crawl those links, thus indexing the rest of your blog.

When a reader comes to your site and they see that you have provided a link to another article that is relevant to what they were searching for, they will click on it. Since the Penguin updates, you have to watch out for your anchor texts.

Make sure that you're not using the same old anchor text over and over again for your internal and external linking or you're going to get penalized. Make all of your affiliate links nofollow so you get as much link juice out of each individual piece of content.

3. Over Optimization

Yes, I use Traffic Travis and yes I make sure that all of my content is optimized before I publish them. However, I do not go overboard with the optimization.

There are a few things that I do to make sure that none of my articles are going to be flagged as over optimized. The first thing I do is I never add alternate descriptions to my images.

I only go with one description and if the crawlers miss it, too bad. Another thing I like to do is throw in one or two wacky tags to my submissions so they bring down the relevance score.

Sure, I use my keywords in the meta descriptions and I even optimize my H1 and H2 tags, but there are small things about each article that I publish that under optimizes them.

4. Backlinking

So, here's probably the biggest one out there. Yes, I use submission tools like Magic Submitter, SENuke and RankBuilder NEO, but when I'm building 1st, 2nd and even 3rd tier links I make sure that vary the anchor text a lot.

One of the best ways to get your backlinks looking natural is to use words like "click here, link, website, read more, for more information, and get info." This downgrades the backlinks a little bit by anchor text, but does not count against the link juice.

Sure, you won't rank to the top immediately, but you're building links that you want to stay in the index. You can rank with these tools, but you can't shotgun blast everything.

5. Deep Linking

One of the lost arts in SEO is the deep linking technique. When the Panda and Penguin updates rolled out so many websites were hit because every link on the net was to their homepage.

One of the best ways to get ranked is to have links to your blogs with unique anchor texts. I like to run an SENuke blast of my first tier links containing optimized anchor texts of my blog articles. This is a great way to build 2nd tier and even 3rd tier links in a couple of hours.

If you're only linking to your homepages just wait for that email in your webmaster tools. At the very least, you're going to get penalized. Deep link all of your blog articles and then deep link all of those backlinks for awesome results.

If you don't want to go through your site and find all of the URLs, use this free tool from WonderWare to scrape your site. It's also great for building sitemaps. I use it all the time to extract the URLs from my tiered Wordpress, Blogger, Weebly and Blog.com sites.  2013, By: Seo Master
