seo Monopoly of injustice 2013

Seo Master present to you:

Monopoly of injustice

An American soldier killed at least 16 Afghans, 9 of them were children. Deep down, most American see it as the revenge for the recent murder of six American trainers by an Afghan trainee. And the Muslims may see it as American’s deep seated hatred for all Muslims both moderates and extremists. While as such rampant massacre by lone gunman often happens in western society, some might downplay it as the action of a single demented soldier but actually there goes on a well-design long term plan to keep Muslims down.

Experts, however, attribute the widespread killing and violence all over the world to the monopoly of injustice in the present world system as evidenced in superpowers’ preemptive attack on the weaker countries and using their veto power for their own interest. Especially, Muslims all over the world bore the brunt of the injustice and were and are still being subjected to untold conspiracy, deception, torture, deprivation, discrimination, double standard, crippling sanctions and unjust atrocious wars.

For example, Iraq was destroyed on the false plea of WMD and now Iran is facing an impending war on its alleged nuclear activity - a clear double standard here in the way they have a huge stockpile of nuclear warheads but will not allow the same power to the Muslim countries. In reality the lone superpower, America, is trying to stem the Muslim revival by destroying Muslim countries’ infrastructure and energy sources as evidenced by Israel’s bombing of nuclear sites in Iraq, Syria and Libya.

Unfortunately, instead of standing against these atrocities by the west and its proxy, some Muslim countries like Saudi Arabia and Arab Emirates are siding with the neo-colonialists to fight the rise of Iran as a true Islamic spirit and justice. I think the next world war which seems to be inevitable is likely to forge a brave new world. We hope that will be for the triumph of justice over the present world’s overwhelming injustice.

seo Obama, the president of “hope and peace” around the world 2013

Seo Master present to you:

Obama, the president of “hope and peace” around the world

First of all, I want to thank all the US voters for choosing the real leader of the time around the globe. Needless to say that I did monitor and analyse the US election procedure for a long time being a student of “Political Science as well as Journalism” and accordingly I did forecast last week in the on-line/social media finally that Obama will be re-elected in the presidency no doubt and hope, I’m the first person in the world to felicitated and congratulate Him in advance for his winning. Good luck Obama, the black Diamond and have my salute to bring back hope, peace and political stability around the world in near future irrespective of religion, country, caste or sex.

seo Every leader is an artist 2013

Seo Master present to you:

Every leader is an artist

The connection between leadership and art has been made many times over, usually as a way to single out certain properties of the arts that carry over to leadership, such as a jazz musician’s ability to create through improvisation. These analogies can be compelling, but my point is more ambitious: leadership is an actual art, not metaphorically an art.
The same attributes that distinguish great from mediocre artists distinguish exceptional leaders from their ordinary counterparts. The best leaders and artists give us perspective on our social condition (good or bad) and greater appreciation of our world, ourselves, and our choices. Moreover, they challenge, excite, comfort, and motivate. They bring us closer together by providing a forum for shared experiences and by forging a sense of community. Leadership and art both animate social encounters. They can change our lives in ways that are as invigorating and real as being hit by a wave.
While people may disagree about the quality of a given work of art, we generally know how to communicate our experience of what we’ve seen or heard. And the same criteria that govern how people respond to particular artworks apply to this other art form, leadership. On the positive side, for example, leadership may be described as inspiring, consistent, creative, unique, passionate, and engaging. Alternatively, leadership may be perceived as unpleasant, phony, inept, unfocused, and pedestrian. Evaluative terms like these serve as the bases for some consensus about what constitutes greatness.
So let me suggest 12 artistic criteria for judging the art of particular leaders. To appreciate their leadership, we should ask about its …
1. Intent. Do they make an express commitment to achieve certain exceptional ends?
2. Focus. Do they highlight certain features of the business environment over others to separate the important from the trivial?
3. Skill. Do they demonstrate mastery or virtuosity in critical aspects of business; do they possess a foundation for understanding people, organisations, and the way work is accomplished?
4. Form. Do they combine their communications, structures, policies, etc. into a unified, coherent whole?
5. Representation. Do they convey meanings, in non-obvious and captivating ways, as opposed to giving simple directives and making straightforward declarations of fact?
6. Imagination. Do they make surprising and unconventional departures from the ordinary that create a new sense of awareness or understanding?
7. Authenticity. Do they present a stylistic distinctiveness that is an honest expression of their individuality and personal beliefs?
8. Engagement. Do they offer complex and challenging information that stimulates intellectual effort and imaginative contemplation?
9. Pleasure. Do they provide emotionally rewarding experiences that are shared among members of a group, promoting stronger bonds and fostering personal fulfillment?
10. Human significance. Do they facilitate personal reflection about who one is, what is most important, what is culturally valuable, and what is possible?
11. Context. Do they take actions that are commensurate with institutional practices, customs, demands, and norms, and communicate in a style that is understandable and appropriate?
12. Criticism. Do they welcome discourse and evaluation from others regarding how well they have performed and the amount of appreciation they should be afforded?
Succeeding on all these criteria is difficult, and not even the best leaders do so routinely. All have their strengths and stand out in unique ways. Leadership deficits become apparent when a person resembles a leadership caricature: when they possess only a couple of criteria to the exclusion of all others.
For example, there are the humanistic types who never miss a birthday, who sponsor team dinners at the house, who go out of their way to make the workplace pleasurable, enriching, and fun. There are the traditionalists who only do what is prescribed by “the book” and would never contemplate deviating from what a businessperson is supposed to wear, say, or do. There are the skilled and bureaucratic technicians who manage numbers and sheets of paper, and who attempt to orchestrate every conceivable employee behaviour through a carefully planned and rigid set of rules, compensation designs, policies, and organisational structures. There are the wildly imaginative but non-directive shape-shifters who hop from one idea and initiative to the next, dragging befuddled employees along in their wake. Great leaders are immensely more complex.
Notably absent from the list of criteria is results. My point is that while, yes, we expect good leaders to win against rivals and have a tangible product to show for their efforts, we wouldn’t appreciate them as leaders unless their process had some identifiable quality that made them and their work worthy of our admiration.
To succeed as an artist, a leader must orchestrate the company’s activities and create a relationship with its people in ways that demand respect for the skill involved. That is, there has to be some evidence that the results were achieved through genuine strengths attributable to the leader.
The 12 criteria I’ve outlined would allow us to differentiate the relentless cost cutter whose exploits over a three-year span dramatically increase earnings from the leader who prudently and artistically reshapes a company while minimising the detrimental effects on its future—and makes money doing so. Where the former creates a wasteland bereft of focused, forward energy and employee engagement, the latter, the leader, shepherds people through the trials of a troubled organisation while enlarging their interests and their capacities to perform.
Corporate managers will always worry about results—and especially short-term results. What is important is that we do not demote the concept of good leadership to the simple question of their attainment. The market doesn’t care how leaders get results as long as they are achieved legally. Meanwhile, making money doesn’t require the same skills as leadership does. It is possible to be a successful businessperson, excellent financier, and marvelous deal-maker without being a very good leader. The connection often made between leadership and bottom-line results is too facile. Making money is not an art. Leading an organisation is!

seo Icon of ‘Secularism’ 2013

Seo Master present to you:

Icon of ‘Secularism’

Malala Yousufzai, an icon of hope, inspiration and enthusiasm of the female around the world. No need to mention here that she was shot by the miscreants on 9th October 2012 in Pakistan and was sent to UK on 15th instant for better treatment. Her father Ziauddin Yousufzai now visiting Malala in UK hospital where she is improving a lot and described her return to UK as a miracle. Actually, it was a right decision to transfer her for the better treatment in UK hospital. Taliban fundamentalists shot at her due to her campaign for promoting secularism through the social network/media. In an interview with the BBC Malala’s father has thanked all the people all over the world irrespective of age, sex, caste, creed, country for praying her child.
It may be added here that this brutal activity drew the attention of all walks of life around the globe and Malala Yousufzai will be an icon for fighting in favor of ‘secularism’. Finally, I would request the concern to ensure the security of the little girl Malala- the icon of secularism, who will inspire the young generation around the world to raise the voice in favor of secularism no doubt.

seo Who are you to tell me we are not EQUAL? 2013

Seo Master present to you:

Who are you to tell me we are not EQUAL?

“We are three sisters!” I answer as my acquaintance asks back in reiteration, “You don’t have a brother?” I answer, “No” as I wonder for the zillionth time why people don’t ask boys whether they have a sister.

Born in the 80s, while I grew up in a progressive family seeing my aunt heading a leading organisation, while me and my sisters were brought up with constant focus on education and career, when I stepped outside home, reality was different.
While you can ask me, “Who deprived you? You received a top notch education and will be peaking your career soon.” I say, “Society! Democracy is the poison that killed our women’s rights.”
While the Greek forefathers of democracy historically did not even allow women and slaves to vote, elsewhere in Switzerland, thanks to their intricate democratic system, women did not even have the right to vote till 1971. And what’s happening in my motherland Bangladesh right now?
I have given up hope that women in Bangladesh will ever have equal inheritance rights, because the majority will lay havoc if the government dares take such a step. Maybe, I should change my religion you can tell me, except, oh, no, not only us Muslim girls, but even the Hindus and Buddhists do not have equal inheritance rights for women in Bangladesh.
Then again, I lay in dismay, as I wonder why the Citizenship Act would not allow my husband to gain Bangladeshi citizenship if he was a foreigner, while foreigner wives of Bangladeshi men would be able to get it. I wonder again now as to who to blame? Religion? Society? Democracy? The Pakistanis who made the Citizenship Act of 1951? Or might I dare point to the Bangladesh government, who had the opportunity to amend the Citizenship Act 1951 fully and properly in 2009, but very charitably only amended it enough to allow foreigner children of Bangladeshi women to gain citizenship by descent but not our husbands.
Then again, you may argue, look at the bright side, our Citizenship Act did not even allow that basic right to us Bangladeshi women till 2009, while men enjoyed different privileges. But I want to know, while our constitution says that it shall not discriminate against any citizen on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth, “Who are you to tell me I am not equal?”
And my fight for “freedom from discrimination” continues as I sing along, “Oh sinner man! Where are you gonna run to?” and wonder if the pen is really mightier than the sword.

seo Largest sea beach of the world 2013

Seo Master present to you:

Largest sea beach of the world

Cox’s Bazar is located at a distance of 152km south of Chittagong. It has a total area of 2260qskm. British captain Hiram Cox in 1799 defeated the Burmese king in a battle and set up a bazar (market) here which was named ‘Cox’s Bazar’ after him.

Several miles of golden sands, towering cliffs, surfing waves, rare conch shells, colourful pagodas, Buddhist temples, mosque, natural beauty and colourful triblal life, handy crafts, shopping paradise, delightful sea food - this is Cox’s bazar, the tourist capital of Bangladesh. Cox’s Bazar the world’s longest (120 km.) sea beach slopping gently down to the blue waters of the Bay of Bengal, Cox’s Bazar is one of the most attractive tourist spots in Bangladesh. The beach is famous for bathing, sunbathing and swimming. The breath-taking beauty of the sun-setting behind the waves of the sea is captivating. Attractive local variety of cigars and hand-loom products of the Rakhine tribal families are good buys. Their unique customs and costumes attract visitors as well.

Located at a distance of 152 km. south of Chittagong, the leading seaport of Bangladesh, Cox’s Bazar is connected both by air and road from Dhaka and Chittagong. Between Dhaka and Cox’s Bazar the distance is 416 km.

Lots of attractions are there. Picnic spot at Himchari, Teknaf- southern most tip of Bangladesh - and nearby islands of Sonadia and Moheskhali are memorable experiences of a lifetime. The Cox’s Bazar Holiday Complex of Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation, the National Tourism Organization is an ideal tourist resort having a number of facilities for the visitors.

The evergreen and semi-evergreen tropical rainforest bordering this stretch of beach is still some of the best in the country. Those who will visit this paradise city where to stay and eat so I gave here a few hotel’s names and addresses for your prior information. It might be helpful:

seo Review of "Microsoft Outlook 2013" 2013

Seo Master present to you:

Review of "Microsoft Outlook 2013"

Microsoft Outlook 2013 boasts an upgraded program that is easier to use.

But is it worth upgrading to if you have Outlook 2010? This review will give you all the details so that you can decide for yourself.

Streamlined

Most people that upgraded to Outlook 2010 were surprised by how streamlined the program was. It reduced all of the major functions to just four windows, and it was very easy to go from one window to the next to use its associated function. Microsoft Outlook 2013 is even more streamlined.
There are now only two windows. There is one window where you can view your inbox and read emails, and the other is a small window full of different icons. The icons are easy to understand, and you should have no problem navigating from one function to the next. The interface is not the only thing that is streamlined.
Replying to emails is also easier. You don’t need to open a separate window to make a reply. You are given a space underneath an email to immediately post your response. It might just save a few seconds, but those seconds add up over the months and years.
The People cards are also more streamlined. You often had to go through the entire card to get the information you wanted, but the new People cards put everything right in front. You can quickly see who the person is, if they are online and any other information you need within seconds. It’s much easier than with Outlook 2010, and Outlook 2013 even removes duplicate People entries.

Social Networking in Microsoft Outlook 2013

Office 2010 embraced the rising usage of social networking by allowing you to easily integrate Facebook and LinkedIn information with your Outlook account. While this made it easy to keep up with people, there were a few problems with it. Outlook would often get confused if you followed the same person on different social networks, and it sometimes had problems if you followed people with the same name.
Outlook 2013 has fixed all that. Social networking has been largely refined over the last few years, and it seems like Microsoft has learned how it works and how people use it. You shouldn’t experience any problems when following people, and Microsoft Outlook 2013 makes it even easier to integrate social networking information.

Calendar

The calendar function has remained largely the same from Outlook 2010. You can still see what appointments you have, and it is very easy to add new appointments when you need to. The only major change from 2010 to 2013 is that you can make all the appointment days pop up from the calendar. This will show you the details of the appointment, and it makes it easier to see longer notes attached to the appointment days.

Design

This is one area where most people are upset about the change. Most people don’t consider design to be Microsoft’s strong point, but Microsoft Outlook 2013 barely has any design. The windows are all white, and there is only a thin strip of gray separating each window. It can be a little difficult to look at, and many people have had eyestrain while getting used to the new design.
Microsoft could have used some colors to balance out the screen, but they decided to make everything pure white. It might be a good idea to turn down your screen’s brightness when using Outlook 2013 to avoid any eyestrain.

Mail Tips

Microsoft Outlook 2013 includes automated tips that will spring up at certain times. Some of the tips are fairly obvious, like adding a title or ensuring that a file is properly attached. The best thing about this feature is the business potential. Many businesses have policies regarding emails, but few employees pay attention to these policies.
Administrators can add policies into Microsoft Outlook 2013, and the program will keep employees from breaking these policies. This is very helpful, and it raises awareness of these policies.

Conclusion on Microsoft Outlook 2013

Microsoft Outlook 2013 might have a really bad design, but that is the only bad thing to say about it. The program is much easier to use, and everything loads much faster. There are also many helpful features, and this program can keep you organized. You should definitely consider upgrading if you have the previous Outlook.

seo Startup Weekend and GTUGs 2013

Seo Master present to you: Author Photo
By Stephanie Liu, Developer Relations, Startup and Community Outreach

We announced a partnership with Startup Weekend today that will support budding entrepreneurs all over the world.

If you’ve never experienced a Startup Weekend before, it’s an intense 54 hour event where excited entrepreneurs (developers, designers, product and business folks) get together on a Friday afternoon, pitch ideas, form into teams, then feverishly hack on a prototype application to demo on Sunday night. It’s an energizing event, where strangers become teammates overnight, and the focus is on doing instead of talking.

We love the spirit of these weekends – it’s the spirit of entrepreneurship and creation, and at the heart of it all are developers. That’s why we’re working with our local developer communities (Google Technology User Groups) and Startup Weekend to host pre-Startup Weekend bootcamps on relevant Google tech (like App Engine, Android, and Chrome/HTML5, with more to come).

Find a Bootcamp or Startup Weekend coming up near you! You can also join your local GTUG.

Stephanie Liu joined Google in 2005, and has worked with a variety of products, including AdWords, Google Video, and YouTube. She's currently focused on outreach programs to early stage tech startups, as well as growing and supporting Google's developer community (gtugs.org),

seo Manfaat dan Pentingnya Blogwalking 2013

Seo Master present to you: Apa Untungnya atau Manfaat Blogwalking ? - Beberapa orang mungkin sudah tau apa itu blogwalking. tapi jika ada yang belum tau saya akan membahasnya sedikit.

Blog = Blogger
Walking = Berjalan jalan

"Apa sih manfaat blogwalking? Mengapa dikatakan penting?"
Ya memberikan traffic bagi blog kita lah

"Hah?
