Google's wearable computer, will not go on sale for many months. The device, which allows the user to access the Internet, take photos and videos, has been banned by a Seattle bar. West Virginia legislators tried to make it illegal to use the gadget while driving.

Companies don’t want people walking onto their premises and taking videos and pictures of what’s going on there. People prefer to drive without being rear-ended by someone who is checking text messages instead of paying attention to the road.

"This is just the beginning," said Timothy Toohey, a Los Angeles lawyer specializing in privacy issues.

“We will not allow people to wear Glass while gambling or attending our shows.” told Caesars Entertainment spokesman.

Each pair is expected to be sold for $1,500. But meanwhile, the device will not go for sale for many months.

Seo Master present to you: Since unveiling Google Wave at I/O last year, we've seen a number of conferences (even entirely virtual ones) use Google Wave to facilitate discussions, note-taking, and conversations amongst the attendees. We want to bring this experience to Google I/O as well, so we've coded up some nifty robots and gadgets using the Google Wave APIs, and used those to generate interactive waves for each session. Attendees will be able "live wave:" view live notes, ask questions via a Google Moderator gadget, and discuss content. For more details, check out the screencast below and read the Google Wave at I/O overview.

If you are new to Google Wave, you can start by reading the Getting Started Guide and watching our video tutorials. For those of you who don't yet have a Google Wave account, please request an invitation to Google Wave.

Happy Waving and see you at Google I/O!
