In Windows 7, when you want to click on “Run”, you may be surprised to see that it is not located in the Start Menu. So, where you can find this?
Finding “Run command” is not difficult.
Go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>Run But We need Run many times a day for different purposes. It is very annoying to find the Run from the accessories and click on that. If you locate this Run on Start Menu same as Windows XP, then obviously your valuable time will be saved.
We should keep in mind that you can always get to the run dialog by just hitting Win + R on the keyboard, which is the simplest way to do so, and would probably be worth getting used to.
Otherwise, you can enable Run on Start Menu through this process:
1. Open the Start Menu.
2. Right Click on a empty space on the Start Menu and select
Properties.
3. Click on the Start Menu Tab and click on
Customize.
4. Tick the
Run Command and
OK.
Check the “Run command” checkbox in the list, and you should now be in business:
